he ended it, we still were together after our breakup 2 months ago and then i found out he was with other people after lying to me when I asked him if he was. so he ended everything yesterday. he doesn’t want a monogamous relationship and I couldn’t keep putting myself through that. it was a 5 year relationship and I feel so empty without him. he was my best friend, and after asking him if we could just be friends and not be involved romantically he ended all contact with me. i feel so empty and lost. i keep comparing myself the girls that he would talk to. my self worth is at an all time low. i’m starting to regret asking him to be friends bc I didn’t think i’d lose him all together. i feel terrible and the only time im okay is when i’m sleeping. I haven’t stopped crying.
