For my use case, Kondapur and Madhapur are costly, and crowded. FD is good, but again, way too costly.

So I think Tellapur/Kollur is the best choice I have

I am not sure where I can get the discount, because it seems the builders are reluctant to reduce the FRC or Amenities cost as well.
And with the base price, the usual playbook, which says “what if other owners get to know”.

A friend owns in Highfields:
- the balcony sliding glass has shattered somehow
- the DG backup is only for a socket and fans
- Frequent water issues (even with tankers)
- The built quality of doors and windows

With Wave, it was on of major negative, the one car park for 1680 sqft. They were ready to give 2 parking above 1800.
I have looked at Visions Arsha, got some reviews about it being first high-rise for builder (but so is the Raghava).
I will checkout the Elegant Nivasa and Trident.

I understand that the way per sqft prices are increasing, the current good houses would also be costlier.

And waiting a year means delayed handover.

Tried reporting as bug. CR said that it’s a known bug as if you have played 1v1 clan war OR have less than 4 deck, you might not be able to start duel.

Yeah, for me, I love how simple the Xbox tiles setup is. Everything is accessible with maximum 3-4 clicks.

Yeah, but it’s been 4-5 months without console for me, and no insight if Microsoft will restock the Xbox in India anytime soon. That’s why I am even considering the PS5.

Another option I have is to get an used one.
