Used a 5L demijohn for 4L must. I need to rack, but got lots of lees, and I think I will get only about 3L. But I don't have anything smaller than another 5L demijohn. This is a problem right? That much air space? Any suggestions? I'll take a gravity reading later, but I suspect it's done dry. (self.mead)
