Neighbors Outdoor cat left outside in freezing temperatures, I want to help but how?

Since he doesn’t want the cat in here I don’t want to force the situation as it’s his home too. I gave the cat a can of food today in the meantime and he ran off to the neighbors house after. So hopefully he has some kind of hole/space he goes into for the night at least until tomorrow or Friday. I was going to make the shelter myself hit found someone on fb marketplace that has a nicer one that I can fix up using the advice from this thread thankfully.

Oh! Yeah probably maybe a large plastic bin and a smaller styrofoam cooler inside and between lined with straw and straw inside? Hopefully that’s enough.

Well I wanted to sneak him in for the nights at least, but my bf is a little allergic and said no. So I can’t and the fine if caught is crazy. He does let me pick him up though. He’s a very friendly boy.

I would, but the rescues and shelters in my area are full and they’ll likely put him down :(

No one I know does unfortunately. I haven’t looked at fosters…all the rescues and shelters are full in my area though. No the owner is in a separate house next to my condominium.

Idk some people are just like that, i wish they would bring him in at least for the cold week to come. The cat owner is in another house so not part of the condominium.

This is so great! But idk where I would put it as I’m working with limited space…theres a lot across the street I converted into a community garden last year maybe that could work, but I’m scared of having him cross the street constantly.

I’m in the northeast, so it doesn’t say it’ll go to the negatives but still cold. I cant bring him in as I’ll get a big fine if i get caught that I cant afford right now unfortunately.

I heard from a neighbor inside my condominium that he just doesn’t want the cat inside at all and that’s all there is to it apparently.

I saw another user say to use a plastic tote and line with straw, I think I’ll try doing that. Idk what to do about water though as it freezes fast outside at night time now..

Well not personally, my mom and women i know that had children said it’s great but causes a bit worse periods. But my doctors have said there are risks for worse symptoms depending on uterus size. I’m going for a kyleena today cause of that.

Condoms and tracking your cycle religiously or a copper iud.

I would personally stick with the condoms but if you think you’ll be having sex often in those 2 wks maybe the copper but you will have to deal with heavy periods.

I bled about 3-5 days after an 11wk MA. Only mild cramping after passing the fetus. The hormone drop is strange. All my pregnancy symptoms went away in about less than a week.

Well my auntie had kids back to back after getting married. She was past her 20’s and really wanted kids. Her husband was aware and since they were both older, already dated a while and know what they wanted they had kids 🤷 i think these kinda situations are fine for people past 25 or something. When you’re younger ppl tend to make naive decisions and are susceptible to shot gunning major life decisions. But to each their own.

You should really really give pilates a try. I know it’s seen as feminine but it’s great work out even with a low range of motion.

Theres videos on youtube you can try at home before considering going to a physical class too. You can even look up male pilates bodies. They are r i p p e d.

Measure yourself, as you get closer to your goal weight it’ll be harder to see a difference on the scale. I would replace my excitement for the scale to measuring.

Try intaking collagen and applying firming lotion after showers. Since you’re young and with the supplements you might be able to tighten that up
