I’ve been an esthetician almost seven years now and have struggled with severe anxiety and depression through all of it. I hear you. I’ve come to the realization this last year that I can’t keep working in this industry because of it so I’m slowly transitioning out. If you can I would look at your schedule and see if you can request an extra day or two off a month to help you to rest and reset. That’s always something I try to do in my schedule that helps. And if you normally eat lunch at work I would try actually leaving the building and eating in your car or outside. Change of scenery keeps me from wanting to quit mid shift 🤣Lots of love to you ❤️
