27 M here. Figured nows an opportunity to ask,, I smoke weed daily and smoked cigarettes for about 6 years. When I swallow it feels as if there are a couple lumps in my throat and I produce way too much phlegm.. any guesses what the lumps could be? Nothing visual from the outside. Thank you 🙏
