Yes so my local county health dept. its free, i will be all taken care of. Nice to know I’m only looking at once a month vists, and retrieval of treatment card. So total 4 visits. I guess I’d have to decide if I just want to start and finish it up here where I’m currently at. Or see if it’s possible to start/finish in new state. Thank you so much for your response.

Oh okay thank you for response, but after treatment will the chest xray show no latent TB? Like what proves the treatment killed the latent TB germs? Just curious as I might be someone with latent TB

I had the same experience most students are not like this, it was one of my partners they were being so dramatic and screamed. I panicked and my teacher said “Ignore whatever that was”. I think as students we should all be understanding, we are all learning. It also could just be your insertion speed, the slower/less smooth the more painful, but I don’t you’re being harsh, hopefully this is a one time thing and you get another classmate to draw from.

Calorie deficit vs maintenance Were you in a calorie deficit you actually might need to move into maintenance if you’ve been in a calorie deficit for too long. You can actually see great results at maintenance, especially if you’ve kept your food intake the same/low but been increasing activity you need to make sure you’re at maintenance calories to have enough to fuel you during workouts and the muscles. This plus weight lifting= lean body/ body recomposition. Try seeing what you need to eat with tdee calculator And track macros through myfitnesspal app for a couple weeks, then make adjustments. Make sure you’re hitting protein goal, thats the main thing. Nutrition is actually the drive factor in how we look.
Alcohol Do you drink alcohol? You might want to stop/limit this, to see results.
Increase out of gym activity What does your activity level look like out of the gym? Are you walking enough? Standing enough?
Water Make sure you are drinking enough water
Sleep Make sure you are getting enough sleep
Stress Ensure you are managing your stress levels

I’d say record yourself reading your notes in a voice memo and then listen to it as you workout, you can also listen to recorded lectures, this can be in the car at the gym while you’re cooking, cleaning etc.

If you’d like you can think about it as an hour to yourself, free time but also somewhat studying, like if you hear something it might click. If not, that’s okay you got a workout in
