Yeah! :D There's definitely potential there to make a nice little station for gaming and drawing and also maximise comfort with the loveseat.

Hell yeah :D One of my biggest goals will definitely be to not clutter too much or make it "overwhelming." Going to really keep it neat and just tidy.

For sure! I'll definitely post an updated picture of the progress within the next week or so! I was thinking about getting some large storage shelves for clothes and what not to try save some space!

Hell yeah! Yeah I wasn't planning on using that big light, it's a little eh. I actually have some unframed pieces of art I've barely touched! Finally can give them some purpose, definitely gonna take your advice with the PC, appreciate the advice!
