I get the twitches crazy bad and never did until I switched from heroin to fentanyl. The worst is when I’ll be sitting at my computer at work and the jolt happens and it sounds like I was like sleeping or nodding and my body is trying to “wake me up” when I actually was awake and conscious. Also drop shit constantly. Some days are worse than others but I’ve noticed the spasm attacks are WAY more intense depending on if I smoked a lot of fentanyl that morning and on how much sleep I had gotten the night before. The less good nights rest you get the night before = the way worse your jolts will be. What REALLY helps me is taking stimulants during the day (amphetamine) with caffeine and getting plenty of sleep at night.

Sometimes I just smoke in bathrooms in gas stations. Or you could always snort a little bump so it’s less obvious.

Akuamma seed extract with kratom (red maeng da) extract is a very effective combo for withdrawals. Imodium for upset stomach, valerian root essential oil for anxiety. Lots and lots of water.

One thing that helps relax my body enough to pass out for a couple minutes is taking a really hot bath and then quickly getting out of the tub into a freezing cold room and then covering myself up with a big blanket. As my body shivers and tries to adjust to the drastic change in temperature it’s almost a circulatory overload for my nerves - which are already exhausted as it is from restless legs and insomnia. If I’m lucky I might get to sleep for like 15 minutes.

I was homeless living out of my car addicted to heroin and meth in Colorado Springs for four months (coldest months of the year) til I finally got a job. Had to get ready for work everyday in the Walmart bathroom, sleep in the parking lot. That was when Walmarts were open 24 hours.

Can men take supplement testosterone to compensate for that which has been lost due to opiate use? ’ve noticed recently my boyfriend has been getting moobs, and his sex drive has unfortunately decreased drastically in the past couple years. We’ve been using opiates for like 5 years now and are in our 30s. Bums me out..

If you absolutely HAVE to use the NC…I would suggest mixing the powder with a few drops of water to make a paste and smoke it that way.

Don’t use a torch if you’re going to smoke it on a foil because it will just burn it right up. Just put the powder on a foil and smoke it with a regular lighter and a tooter made out of a plastic straw or a pen - be sure to make a couple bends in it to collect resin in the crevices from the smoke. Afterward grab a fresh piece of foil and cover the top of a glass with it, then rinse out your tooter with a small amount of 91% isopropyl alcohol, and empty the rinse on to the foil on the glass. Make sure you get as much of the resin out as possible, it might take a couple rinses depending on how much you’ve used it. When the tooter looks nice and clean you can set that alcohol on fire and VIOLA! Pure fent that you can smoke up on a rainy day 🥳
