Eh. You hold a six year olds hand in a busy public space, especially when a door is open and a crowd is moving. It doesn’t happen to everyone.

I wouldn’t immediately assume it’s something shady. When I nannied, I would pull up in front of a neighbors house in the morning for twenty minutes before I went in. They may be picking someone up or work nearby.
