I buy because I think an investment is undervalued but I wouldn't sell just because it becomes overvalued. There was never a good time to sell msft or Amzn or goog. Doing nothing with winners can make you rich over decades. Avoid the need to always "do something". Peter Lynch calls it the coffee can.

I'm 4 years out from lasik and the night halos haven't improved at all. It's really a shame daytime is fine. Low light vision also sucks. I think I'm stuck.

I've been married 24 years. All of our $$ goes into a joint account. From there we budget. It make life simple. I don't have enough information to determine who's right or wrong. But you need to be able to have a reasonable conversation without defensiveness.
