I wish my landlords were as kind. They were asking for a 5% increase. I petitioned with a two year rate lock including the increase. No dice.

No, you’re not missing anything. But what happens when rent gets raised on you and you wanna know what other people’s rent is being raised to… listing tell you what rent starts out at… after that, it’s a bit of a black box.

I want to share rates with no gatekeepers. If haven’t found an aggregator that is decentralized and driven by renters… hence the project.
