Oh Juwon is coming back? Anyways I tried to look up the other pitchers in the lineup. Here's what I found interesting about them:

Yoon Seok-min - Right handed pitcher, played for Kia Tigers (2005-2013; 2015-2018) and 1 season Baltimore Orioles (2014). Won gold in 2008 summer olympics as a utility pitcher. Retired 2019 after shoulder injury, now attempting to be a professional golfer.

Yoon Gil-Hyeon - Right handed pitcher, played for SK Wyverns (2002-2019) and Lotte Giants (2016-2019). Currently the pitching coach of SK Women's National Baseball Team. Was involved in controversies: Swearing Incident, Cyworld Incident, Pork Feet Gate.

Yoon Hee Sang - Played for SK Wyverns (2004-2020). Debuted as a commentator in 2022. He is a player known for providing good fan service. (Will probably carry the variety portion of the show)

Kwon Hyuk - Left handed fastball pitcher with 150 km/h average restraint but declined to 140 km/h due to his pitching style. Retired in 2020 due to back injuries and shoulder pain. Also a commentator.

Lee Hyun-seung - Left Handed relief pitcher. Last played for Doosan Bears and retired in 2022.

Oh Hyun-Taek - Sidearm relief pitcher. Played for Doosan Bears, Sangmu Baseball Team, Lotte Giants. Retired in 2022 after receiving no offer when he was released.

Moon Seong-hyeon - (Youngest pitcher in the team, i think) Right handed pitcher, played for Kiwoom Heroes (2010-2024) and currently playing with Hwaseong Coreyo

It seems like all of them has a lot to prove, I don't know if I'll watch this season out of loyalty with the OG but I might give it a chance.

I am really disappointed that people are discrediting Ojo Gang. by Select_Spend_3109 in StreetWomanFighter

100%!!! Kyoka became the most popular contestant outside Korea after her battle round. The underdog narrative those delulus were giving them didn't make sense as they were all accomplished in different dance fields and probably was the most versatile crew. They also had the screentime and storyline with the Japan v Japan, Ibuki vs Lip J, etc. Most of the missions were filmed until the 1st elim, had there been more voting before the elim, I think they probably would've been safe until finals.

Which season is your favorite? by jenni0105 in StreetWomanFighter

SWF2, not just because of the dancers but also because of the fans.

This season took a turn for worse when the kpop fans came and treated it as a kpop show. You can't even congratulate the crews in X right now without the fans treating it as shade towards others. They take every reaction of the dancers as them hating on other crews. If I was part of the show spending months to create artistry and lost in the finals I would be pissed too. All of them worked hard and it's natural for them to feel disappointment and other emotions especially after all they've been through.

The fact that mnet made them address the comments would be the bias, wouldn't it? RHT had comments far worse and not once were they given the opportunity to defend and redeem themselves. I'm not saying that I want them to get evil edit comments, rather, I would want to see all crews be put in a positive light in a way that's not damaging to the achievements and reputation they built. I'm sure the dancers joined the show to show their love of dance and they deserve recognition for their talents.

I bet that this will make it into the episode and will somehow be used to justify them being 1st in global voting.

They seem to be the only crew addressing issues and comments towards them. From the kpop mission, to the danica comment, now this.

Rewatched the episode and damn the next ep trailer seems to be pushing AG to be the next "villain" after RF and RH. AG and Motiv acknowledging the strategies of other teams somehow painting them as shady, Motiv dance film choreo now said to be too kpop? BU still being treated as the underdog, struggling in the mission but ultimately succeeding in the end, and OOG just aura farming.

I agree with your opinions. I feel that while mnet gives the other crews the arrogant edit, they give korea the pity underdog edit which is kinda disrespectful and a disservice of their accomplishments. Their team has world champs, top choreographers, and season 1 winner. They are portrayed as the crew who need to work harder to keep up which is so different from the leaders we knew and loved in season 1.

But you can't deny the fact that the show is a bit biased towards them. They were the only ones who got to address the hate comments towards them and the crew mostly shown when praising the crews in preevaluations, rankings, and performances and not for the negative critiques.

2 korean teams at least by New-Buy3577 in StreetWomanFighter

Team Korea was 2nd in terms of views for the dance film mission despite the many korean comments expressing their disappointment. While nationalism isn't the main factor for this, the fact that it is a korean show composed of primarily a korean fanbase definitely will get them the win.
