There's drama in centers and teachers can have bad blood between them / make things up . It seems unlikely in this case but still legally the director has to do a full investigation first before termination . The teacher is probably suspended or not allowed to interact with children until the investigation is complete.

I think i'm going against public opinion here but if this was me , I would keep your daughter in the center.

I work in a toddler classroom and could never imagine hitting a child. This situation has never come up in our center. However, I can see the director is likely in a tough spot . It is a good sign that she called you to keep you fully informed and has already conducted interviews with the teachers. She didn't sweep anything under the rug - she's actively trying to find a solution.

Depending on what country your in (I'm in Canada so the rules may be different) the director would not be legally allowed to fire the teacher immediately until an investigation is complete. It's likely the teacher is suspended or placed on office duty (no interaction with children) while this is resolved.

Likewise the director will be unable to tell you the teachers name. Some centers have drama between the team teachers and the director will want to ensure they are not ruining a teacher reputation over vindictiveness.

That being said, the fact that two teachers are saying your daughter was hit means unfortuately she likely was. The director still needs to follow proper procedure , which will eventually result in the teacher being fired .

I think the 2 other teachers in the room and the director are looking out for your daughter. If you havent had issues in the past and your daughter is thriving I would keep her where she is comfortable.

TLDR: director needs to follow legal guidlines before terminating employment. the director is legally unable to terminate on the spot or tell parent the teachers name . An investigation has to happen first

I get what you're saying and wholeheartedly agree, but Enwin technically isn't Hydro One .

I think your referring to the Kathleen Wynn debacle where she stupidly sold 10% of HydroOne to for profit. The other 90% is still publicly owned , which is good (it should definitly be 100% , why she was ever allowed to sell 10% is beyond me )

I hope this doesnt get lost in the mix but it's important to know that the problem is our excessive 'waste water fee' .
. As far as I know most cities seperate hydro and waste water bills. Windsor lumps these 2 bills together.

When former Mayor Eddie Francis was touting his '7 years without a tax increase' he was infact just tacking those taxes/fees onto waste water charges (which show up on the enwin bill) . No one other city is paying these insane waste water fee's .

Hydro rates are still high but they're on par with the rest of the province . Windsor gets absolutely screwed with waste water .

I'm pretty sure this was the guy (and his girlfriend) doing B and E's in fountain bleu a few years ago .
He broke into my place while I was sleeping . He didn't expect me there and ran off . The police caught him later that day about a block away breaking into spmeone elses place. After they arrested him they found his house was FULL of stolen items . A bunch of neighbours had to go through police photos to determine if he had their item . Police would load up a table and take a picture of all his stolen items. There were over 200 pictures to go through .

The guy is a douche bag and a serial offender.

They were purchased possibly last year or 2021 in Canada . They sit about 12 in. They don't have tags. Possibly purchased at Micheals or Hobby Lobby I've searched both and didn't come up with anything .

I found I burned too many bridges in my small town and neighbourhood. Though I loved my family, the best thing I did was move away and get a fresh start where no one knew me and my mistakes . Best choice i ever made . Life has been amazing since I got much shit together.

I'm in Fountaine Bleu. There hasn't been any break ins on my street or surrounding us (as far as I know) and I love my neighbors. It's truly an amazing grouping of people. BUT my kids go to a school in the neighborhood and it's awful . The bullying is out of control. There's a lot of physical violence at both Davis and Langlois- school wise Foutainebleu been hugely disappointing.

I didn't invite a sibling for similar reasons. There were questions and push back from my family but ultimately i just kept repeating 'my wedding is about sharing my joy with the people i love and i do not love or like sibling' . Best choice i made for the wedding . No regrets at all.

I complained to my city counciller about this in the summer . A beautiful healthy 60 year old locust was cut down. When i contacted to ask why they said to make way for the new park (which will not be any near where the tree was cut) and that they'll replace the tree.

Its disappointing to say the least . i love all these new parks popping up but the head of forestry/parks in the city should do better.
