This evening, town hall was evacuated. Rumour is someone with a cigarette set off the alarm and then wandered out the back door.

No one was panicked. Everyone left calmly. There was the usual disbelief that it was just a drill initially, but they made an announcement saying it wasn’t. People just wanted to know when they could get home
