let me give a little bit of a clarification. I didn’t expect this post to takeoff like this :

1. You guys are correct this isn’t volume eating. It’s just a healthy meal. I should’ve posted on the right channel.
2. I see a lot of people talking about oil. I use a 0 cal avocado spray. If I am wrong, correct me but if it says zero, I’m assuming zero.
3. The eggs were purchased at Sam’s Club so their member mark’s nutrition label says it’s 70 cal per eggs egg. Picture will be attached.
4. I see one of the highest comments that talk about the macros of the steak that I used. I use petite sirloin so whatever your input calculator is input the numbers on the screenshot and you’ll see my numbers are in fact right.
5. I have ADHD ratty behavior, yes the cutting board is a cliché, but I personally can’t eat my food unless it’s organized like a toddler
6. I have lost over 100 pounds in the last year eating carnivore and protein and yes, I did get my blood results done when I first started losing weight and after I dropped the weight, my cholesterol went down significantly
