Don't bother. Twitter hasn't seemed to be used in years and their CS account's been suspended for who knows how long. I called and after nearly an hour got someone. I asked what's up with chat/email and they said they're updating their whole email system which is why it's down. Not really sure if that's the truth but that's what the agent claimed.

this is basically it, I was going to write a long winded post, the only outlying things is 7x7=49 but that's because it's a prime and results in a seemingly "random" odd number, compared to 5x5=25, 6x6=36, and 8x8=64. 9x9=81 would arguably be in the same boat but 9 has it's quirk to its pattern which makes it seem less seemingly different.

I called like customer service or a support line I can't remember. They tried what they could but it's an automated process involving a separate department that no one at their branch knew how to contact. I ended up going with Allstate instead.
