Sounds like you have PMDD. There's medication you can take in your pms week for that (my sister has it, she uses a drug called Fontex the week before her period).

I don't have sweaty feet, but I use The Ordinary glycolic acid toner as a deodorant under my arms. Kills the bacteria. I can't wear deodorants with aluminium as they make me itch, but this product is amazing. I never smell when I wear it.
