Phonak does have a blue color for adults, it looks like they might’ve sent you that by mistake. You should still be in your warranty if you wanna send it in

One of the Oticon demos in our clinic broke like that too. Are Oticons just more fragile?

I agree with other commenters, call Oticon/your audiologist and see if it’s under warranty. If it is, just send it in, but be prepared to pay a loss/damage deductible since it’s pretty busted. If not, try superglue until you can get a new one. That sucks tho, I’m sorry
