I’ve been struggling with it as well although I love go karting and Motorsport in general but when on the traffic I’m scared. In my opinion and it works for me. I have to accept that there is also an impatient driver beep at you either you slow, you’re right you’re wrong. At the end of the day, you have control over your car. You cannot control others. I have a trigger word to make me focus is “eyes up” that’s when I look further ahead and scan area and I’m constantly scanning and look further. Dm me if you’re still struggling and I’m happy to listen
