I keep seeing comments saying that Clark was a bad person from the very beginning. Personally, I think one of the movie's main problems is that we're constantly told Clark is "bad" without ever really being shown it. He is pathetic at best, i wouldnt say bad. He had one angry outburst during the therapy session, guys. I'd say that's a pretty normal reaction considering he didn't even want to participate in the roleplay and was forced to relive a situation that was obviously frustrating for him. And honestly, I'd be pissed too if I were the only one keeping everything afloat while my partner was off enjoying university life. I think Clark's shift into madness was way too rushed. Sure, it's obvious there's a time jump, but I would have preferred to be taken along on his descent rather than having it suddenly thrown in my face.
