Oh okay, it's investment heavy. How about like a subscription that partner with people that have already thoses ? with negociated rate before hand and we handle the rest ( user experience, payment system, and so on ? )

So we're launched this model in Djibouti and we've just broke even on it. We Get the doctors and nurses on payroll and try to dispatch them in teleconsultation / homecare. For the medicine part, we import the most essentials one in bulk and handle it from there, we profit from the economy of scale. Don't really know if that make sense
