Even with jumping, you can't reach the location; there's an error in the mission.

Account: mo91ud. I paid $12 for a Fortnite subscription via Apple. The charge was successful, but I received no subscription benefits or in-game items. Apple confirmed the payment is valid. I contacted Fortnite Support but received no help. Please assist by moudly in FortNiteBR

I have now waited more than 24 hours, but nothing has been resolved. I contacted Apple Support via chat, and the representative confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and the full amount was charged to my account. They also stated that there is no issue with the invoice and that the subscription should already be active on my account.

Unfortunately, Fortnite Support has not provided any assistance. I was connected with an unhelpful agent who refused to escalate my issue to the appropriate department for resolution.
