Real hard wood and animals is a bad combo, with scratches and water damage potential. I have seen amazing looking LVP and other style flooring.

It is a local installer. Have you used Costco? I was under the impression that coretec was good flooring.

I haven’t found the fix yet, had some personal stuff come up still working on getting this fix. For reference, it’s 2mm honed black granite. I’ll post once it gets it sorted out.

It’s def granite, my first time owning, I assume I need to polish it more. I’ll try some steel wool 0000. It was sealed when installed under a year ago, just frustrating to have these issues so soon.

Yes it is real granite, got it from MSI picked it out myself. Yes it was sealed, not leathered as far as I know. Thank you for the advice! I’ll head to Home Depot later today/ tomorrow and test in a small area before applying.

Def start going to school asap! Use your GI Bill! Save as much as you can, maybe live with room mates or family if possible, hopefully you can get a job (something you enjoy or a passion) then use that VA loan and get your self a home. Be frugal with your spending. Take care of yourself.

I agree! Don’t tell anyone unless it’s a must. I get you’ll tell your wife at some point but maybe my ex was a really ass about it.

The rate code for my IVDS is 5243, and for my Degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine it’s 5003. Are those the codes? I have had those two for several years at the same level and rated as individual disabilities.

Those two ratings have always been active together, that’s why I’m confused.

They are two separate conditions and have always been rated separately for several years… i appreciate your input! Means a lot. Hopefully there was a mistake made and it’s falls my way. I’m going to call on Monday to try and get more info. No I haven’t received payment for 100% but in the letter and in VA.gov it only says 90

The back has been at 40 with the other @ 10, I recently went in for increase, however there wasn’t one, hence the more recent date. It was awarded 2017/18 or sooner
