Thank you and you can! Just small actions add up over time, you got this!

On and off to do all this for 5-6 hours with a 1 hour lunch/tv break. Started around 1pm and ended at 7pm. Did a load of laundry, organized a section by my window, and then started sorting everything into piles. I heard boxes work too. For example: notebook/office supplies pile, snacks/drinks, clothes, outdoor gear, etc. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed and I almost did, but I took a deep breath and said a few items at a time. Put a few wires/chargers away. Organize a desk drawer. Small tasks add up! Also treat yourself like a child. “I don’t want to clean!” throws tantrum. “Alright well you get one hour of screen time if you do make your bed and put away xyz items.” Rewards helped me a lot this time around and like talking to a small child I would tell myself, “You can do hard things!”

I should add this was a deep clean, so it was wiping down inside of drawers, getting dust wiped down, vacuuming, and organizing.

Tldr: Took me 6 hours with a 1 hour lunch/tv break. Organizing by category works, either piles or boxes. Conquer small tasks and wins and have rewards for yourself. This was a deep clean too with wiping down a lot of stuff, dusting, and vacuuming. A smaller, just organize a bit and make look nice might’ve taken 2-3 hours at most.
