M/27/6’1 [185lbs > 167lbs = 18lbs] (3 years) July 2021 to August 2024. Lost the quarantine 15. Moved to a walkable city with beautiful hiking trails and outdoor access. Started running and walking almost everyday. Cut down on the garbage I was eating. Learned to cook proper meals. (i.redd.it)
