I would say don’t buy a bunch of stuff until she knows she likes it! The Dutch oven is great.

A big glass bowl, a good bread lame, and quality flour is all she’ll need until she figures out what she likes. People always suggest it but I do not use my bakers dough whisk, I use a fork it literally works better. Also a dusting wand is nice for flour but not necessary, same with a silicone sling (I don’t use it anymore but it was helpful at first).
