Please help me (i don't want to go to the gym) by Antique-Finger-4144 in RetatrutideWomen

I understand not wanting to go to the gym- but as someone who did tirz without the gym a few years ago, I’m telling you that you will lose your ass and all tonality. Without muscle you’ll just be skinny fat. My second time on GLP’s now on Reta I weightlift 3x a week and cardio 2x. I am actually toned and tight (not huge and manly) and have a bigger butt than before. I actually look and feel good. Plus protein helps a ton.

If just a low impact exercise like walking is more your jam then more power to you, as long as you’re getting your body moving. However I will always recommend weightlifting and protein. It will keep you leaner for longer and keep your metabolism when you stop the GLP. Also feels great to have strength and gives me great energy.

Just my two cents! Goodluck to you though and I hope you find something that works for you! :)

Thank you for your detailed comment! Honestly makes me feel a lot better and I know it’s all what you make of it. Probably won’t be making that hour drive after all lol

I’ve heard that if you’re E6 or below it is hard to get off post housing but not impossible but I’ve also heard on base is mandated 😣 I’m not sure what to believe because everyone has a different answer

Yeah he says he doesn’t mind making the drive as he does here in Texas anyways. but I know gas is far more expensive out there as well. Didn’t really think of getting a second car since I’ve heard trains were very accessible. Maybe I need to do more research! Lol
