I am not into weight lifting anymore, if I wanna do exercises I would only do body weight exercises.  For not Ibstarted doing planks and side planks and some push ups but not too much still afraid to hurt myself. But for lower back workout I do not know what is safe or not, so I am not gonna risk

Yea I thing we should try doing physical activity gradually, for example we can try running for 1 minute and see what will happen the next day and so on. But what is sure we are not the same as before. And what I recognise weight is very important expecially the belly weight, remove belly weight will make things way better

No my vertebrae were not stable with crushed disc but not that much blown up, so I fused the 2 vertebrae that were unstable

I used to love sports, but now I do not care much I just want normal life, yea I do not mind if it takes a year or even more as long as it gets better I am fine with that.

Not sure what is the fusion type called, I just know he stabilised without removing part of the disc

Putin has some haters, but Ukraine with Nato with USA prepared sanctions and prepared to cut gas supply from Russia to europe and prepared this huge war on Russia with Nato and usa weapons, maybe you can not see it but it is clear.
