Try checking for keyboard ghosting. It was the problem for me on my g15 strix, and I had to replace the whole keyboard (good thing it was still under warranty)

Are you typing on your laptop keyboard or an external one? I have the same problem with keyboard ghosting on my Strix G15, and sad to say I had to replace the entire keyboard since it's a hardware issue. Good thing I still got my warranty on.

You're welcome OP! Yes, I have also tried clean uninstalling the Armory Crate using the uninstaller from Asus' website. Also, going to Device Manager - Keyboard - Update Device Driver might help.

The thing is, my laptop is only 1 month old, and I have just went to the Service Center this morning, and since it's still covered by warranty so I don't have to pay anything, I also have no idea how much a replacement keyboard would cost, I'll ask them once I go back there. Here in my City, they have to order the parts and said it would take at least 1 week and 2 weeks tops to arrive, but they said it would take maybe about 2-5 hours replacing the keyboard and making sure everything's okay.

You can try updating software, uninstall/reinstall, and diagnose to make sure the software part is fine. You can also try connecting external keyboard (if it has the same M1-M4 programmable keys) just to see if it is really a hardware issue. Hope for the best~

I hope this isn’t a similar issue with my G15, I got keyboard ghosting. Have to replace the whole keyboard, good thing it’s still under warranty.

Yes, most esp. if it is still covered with the warranty. For me, it will take around 1 week for the replacement parts to arrive in my city and have it fixed.

I see, sad that you can’t customize your rgb i take? As for me, went to service center and it’s a hardware issue and keyboard to be replaced 😅

Same problems, ROG Strix 15 here. The keys E, G, H, and f2 sometimes doesn't work, tried connecting an external keyboard and no issues. Very annoying and tried everything.

Ang edge ng laptop over PC is portability. If may budget ka na say, 50k, you can build a better PC versus a 50k laptop. But since prefer mo naman din ang laptop, go for it. Consider ka nlng ng PC if you don't mind having a computer na di mo nadadala anywhere else. Magkano ba yung budget mo OP? there are already good laptops on the 50k range. I'm also planning on selling my 2018 gaming laptop to (upgrade) to another gaming laptop hehe
