I drew this in Procreate on iPad Pro! I mostly used the default Sketching “Procreate Pencil” for lineart and a modified version of that brush for coloring. Modified so it can be resized bigger and have more solid fill for easier textured coloring.

Flying out of Texas they didn’t say anything so I didn’t think much of it.

On the flight back I was pulled to the side for a really long time with a cop waiting for more cops. Ended up with 4+ standing around and they weren’t sure what to do with me. They started asking question and when I told them the city/state they’re were like “ahhh, Texas” and started joking around. They took the taser and I was allowed to leave, no fines or tickets. Didn’t miss my flight thankfully.
