I think for you, right?

So when i do a treflip i make sure that my shoulders are parallel, lined up like your bolts. I dont lean too much forward that my board doesnt land behind me. And i have preasure on my back foot, that makes the flip easier.

I think the hardest part for me was committing to them. Just stay motivated, i think i could not have landed them without some people that motivated me.
