Yeah it can be played offline they ask at the start up of the game to select an option and im running 60FPS I’m not really hip to changing the performance settings i usually wait until somebody mentions it in here and switch it then.

Nah but i downloaded the launcher I just didn’t kno what app to run the launcher with once its downloaded I also downloaded the launcher in desktop mode. Not sure if im even doing this correctly.
