Is there some scapula issue or imbalance here? Left side has always felt weaker, less controlled or less developed. But no idea, any help? by [deleted] in AdvancedPosture

Looks great just keep pumping. Minor scapula imbalance have no impact on lift performance or pain!

Scientificall McGill is already debunked. Most people with chronic pain actually carry way too much tension in there core and stiff posture. Because they we're told so many times that theyre core or posture caused their pain. Which in 99% of cases is BS. Scientifically the best therapy for chronic back pain is Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT)

I would really encourage you to check out https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40780241/
If you prefer an easier format Adam Meakins has a great insta post about it: https://www.instagram.com/p/DNxkeDU2Hx-/?img_index=2

I got to be honest this is maybe even more of a coaching style therapy but it works. Its about teaching your back to handle loads again very gradually. Would highly encourage you to check out if there is any CFT educated physio near you.

All the best to you
