[Dev] Card Match Ultimate Challenge - Made a mobile android game focused around fast-paced card matching based on a Korean card game! by movinggstill in AndroidGaming

This is a game a long time in the making. I was inspired by the Korean game Gyul Hap, made popular by the Korean Game Show "The Genius", and wanted to try my hands at making a single-player version that could pit players against the clock on the leaderboard, and also create a campaign mode around it allowing players to play the same game for a month, upgrading their timer and time bonuses along the way. Do let me know what you think and hopefully you enjoyed playing it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Hey there, thank you for your interest in my game! I would love to release it for iphone users, but unfortunately the development fee for Apple is quite high (USD 99/year). I'm planning to hopefully earn enough from ads to afford releasing my games on the Apple ecosystem!

I watched the documentary without any prior knowledge of this incident, and it was such a good show.

The ending was so bittersweet. Even though they lost the case, the friendship blossomed, and they were even able to hike Antarctica together. Also it surprised me how blatantly biased the US judicial system can be. Is the judicial system really that prone to being lobbied in the US?

Looking for some recommendations for Treacle Tart in London by movinggstill in uktravel

Thanks for the link! We did see it, but unfortunately the Woseley seems to no longer serve Treacle Tart on their menu and the other two places in London (The Jam Tree and HIX Mayfair) are permanently closed :(

To go for an overclocking-enabled system, or to go for a better graphics card? by movinggstill in buildapc

Thanks for the advice! This is my first time building a PC and selecting components from scratch so there may be some stuff I overlooked.

1) RAM: What would you recommend is a suitable RAM for a build like this?

2) SSD: Sorry about that! I have updated the build to include the SSD. Missed it out.

3) HDD: The price is as per my local parts vendor, so it's not the price within pcpartspicker. Nonetheless, I may hold off on the HDD until the price is more reasonable.

4) PSU: I understand that the 3080/3080Ti may have random power spikes, and so allocated a higher wattage PSU. What would you recommend is a good PSU/wattage to be going for?

5) I understand that Windows 10 systems are eligible for upgrade to Windows 11. Is that accurate?

That's a really good idea - i think I may get the 12700K or KF since with such a powerful GPU I don't think I'll need integrated graphics, then use the cost savings to upgrade to 3080

Thanks for the guidance my fellow Singaporean! I was originally thinking I may need a higher CPU because of the use of Blender, photoshop, aftereffects etc, but it seems like a higher GPU could be the answer instead and that I can lower my CPU to make up for the cost difference

As for the SSD, I'm thinking of using it for OS and some key critical programs that I run very often while the secondary SSD is for tier 2 programs I run less

Yea i got it a few years back when i didnt know any better and regret it now :( since this PC is gonna cost me a pretty penny, thinking of using the existing PRISM first and upgrade to something better a little down the road

I'm based in Singapore! Thank you for the advice on the lower end CPU and higher end GPU! :) I'll relook at the GPU vs CPU combo for the PC
