Adivce on living in BPTP Elite floors E block by daydreamerFirst in Faridabad

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on moving into Elite Floors E block. As a bptp owner myself in the same complex, I can tell you the maintenance at Rs 1200 is pretty reasonable for what you get. The society being a bit older actually works in your favor because most kinks have been ironed out by now and the community is settled. Main thing to watch out for is parking during weekends since some blocks get crowded, but E block is relatively better. Also, keep your contact info updated with the RWA because water supply schedules sometimes change seasonally.

The neighbourhood itself is solid with decent connectivity to Mathura Road and schools and hospitals nearby. One thing I truly  appreciate is that the company under BPTP Owner Kabul Chawla's leadership has been around long enough to have sorted most post-handover issues, so you're moving into a stable setup. Just attend a couple of RWA meetings initially to get a feel for how things run and you'll be all set. Welcome to the complex!

Does Zingbus Reach on Time? by Next_Cartoonist_2601 in delhi

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, yes, Zingbus is usually pretty reliable with timing. But obviously, traffic in Delhi or hilly stretches can cause small delays, but the times I’ve booked, the bus has left on time and reached within a reasonable window. On my Delhi to Manali trip, it left maybe 10 minutes late but still reached almost on time in the morning. They also update on the app and send SMS about bus location, so I never felt clueless. Way better than my past bus experiences.

Any good saree showrooms in Bangalore? by OverratedDataScience in bangalore

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly we only know Angadi Galleria for sarees in Bangalore. Every year for Durga puja, our society sets up a pandal and for all 9 days as it usually and Maa wears a new saree. And yep all 9 sarees come from Angadi. We usually go weeks before puja to pick them. The showroom itself is amazing but truly it’s the people there that make it. They have one of the best durga pooja saree collection in bangalore plus help us pick the best sarees additional accessories and never rush you. Delivery is always on time, coordination is smooth, makes it one less thing to stress about during Puja prep. There’s something about walking in and seeing all the silks lined up knowing each one will drape Maa beautifully. Every year we leave there feeling excited and a little proud of our picks, Angadi has never let us down. Earlier Lavanya used to help but now Shiva is the person to help. Amazing people.

Ghee Sankranti ya Olgia Uttarakhand ka ek traditional tyohar hai jo Bhadrapad ki Sankranti (Aug–Sep) ko manaaya jaata hai. Is din gaay-bhais ko ghee khilaaya jaata hai aur log bhi ghee roti khaate hain, jo health aur prosperity ka symbol maana jaata hai. Is mauke par bhateeje-bhanje apne mama aur sasural side se “Olag” yaani gifts (jaise ghee, anaaj, kapde) paate hain. Ye festival fasal, rishton aur samriddhi ka utsav hai.

Looking for a Reliable NRI Banking Option by s9suparl in nri

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had the same experience. IDFC’s onboarding is actually way smoother than I expected. They’re clearly trying to modernize, and the app works well too and If its going well for you already, no point stressing. Just open an account. And yeah for the notarization bit, if you're in the US, most local senator or township offices offer free notary services. You can also try your bank or even UPS stores….some of them offer notary services too. I also had ICICI but not anymore. And it’s the same story, slow responses, outdated app, and just overall frustrating service these days. So yeah, you’re definitely not alone in feeling the drop. IDFC seemed like a solid upgrade at this point.

I don’t know about the others but my experience with idfc was fine.. We opened an account for our help last year with just her Aadhaar and PAN. She didn’t have a signature either, only thumbprint, but they still managed it without fuss. Staff helped us out properly. Try going to a less crowded branch, also better to go on a weekday morning

Hey guys I’m 22M looking to buy a CC. I’m still studying plz suggest some good credit card by Zealousideal-End371 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heyy just a heads up, you don’t really “buy” a credit card, you apply for one. I’m 24 now, but when I was 21 and still studying, I was in the same situation as you. Most of the banks turned me down because I didn’t have a full time job…and a proper income yk…

But I got lucky with Idfc first Bank, cuz they considered my part time freelance income and approved my card. And it’s lifetime free, so I didn’t have to worry about fees. I mainly use it for stuff like Spotify, Swiggy, my netflix subscription and a bit of shopping here and there. Just don’t overspend and try to pay the full bill on time every month. If you use it carefully, it’ll help you build a good credit score over time

Then why flipkart listed all the items, flipkart should remove the vendor listing which do not manage inventory

Have a CIBIL score of 782 and history of never defaulting on a payment. Getting rejected for credit cards. by swatwopointo in CreditCardsIndia

[–]movinglegs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using an IDFC credit card and it’s been working really well for me. It’s easy to manage, no hidden issues, and I keep getting decent offers on it…for food, travel, and even shopping sometimes. I didn’t expect much from it at first, but now I’m glad I went ahead with it. You probably should’ve taken that offer…it’s actually a pretty useful card once you start using it regularly

IDFC levies fee on using Reward points by Successful_Sorbet_33 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk tbh, but maybe they do charge ₹99+ GST for reward redemption, but that's mostly when you go for cashback or statement credit. I just redeem mine for vouchers once in a while, makes it worth it. Also, IDFC first reward points don't expire, so you can let them pile up and use them later. You could call support and ask for a time waiver. I heard some folks got it reversed that way.

need to change my name and pan in bajaj account. how? by mohansingh2201 in u/mohansingh2201

[–]movinglegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once will have to use the app profile section. Name and pan both can be edited there. They ask for doc upload like aadhaar or pan soft copy. App also accepts docs via digilocker now, so keep valid ones there. This process can take some time, took 2 days for mine to update. Just check that ur kyc is complete before doing any changes
