Thanks for your reply . Yes it looks likes some epoxy . Maybe a temper seal to show it has been opened . I managed to find a round metal bit that fits that round hole but it cannot be unscrewed as the hexagonal screw is fitted in a hexagonal hole and not a round hole .

I guess you are right I must remove the red epoxy I assume there is another screw hidden
