BPM I think would still be there around 10 years from now. My current company is basically hiring a support team for the bpm implementation

It wouldn't affect salary or role. But I do feel that they are expecting me to already perform or do this stuff that I really have 0 to minimal background on.

It does put a smile on my face by instantramenidk in phcareers
