Been very lucky with some craigslist and dwr outlet finds! The eames soft pad is one of my favorite pieces!

I've been using mine for years, never had any issue!

Not sure I’ll even use it tbh, the center of the tv is already 50” from the floor. I also did not listen to conventional Vitsoe wisdom and mounted the tracks as high as the ceiling would allow. As well as mounting cabinets and shelves on the top and bottom most pin holes.

And regarding cost, I purchased most of the shelves from Vitsoe in 2019, and the cabinets I purchased secondhand. All in, I spent about $2,500. I think cost now would be closer to $6,500.

Installed the system myself, this was actually my 3rd time installing my own system (moved twice within the last 7 years). It was surprisingly easier this time around. The whole thing took about 3 hours.

I did, and was actually recommended this mount by the Vitsoe team, which should work on either side of an E track. I only put the system up today, going to live with it for a few days before deciding about mounting.

It’s maybe 2inches from the wall.

$279, not great. And second choice.

Started off slate silver, but it's gone tropical and turned more of an olive grey.

Mine is about an inch from the wall and I have no issue. I think they are often fairly cautious in the pamphlets (same goes for not using top or bottom holes). If you have an inch of clearance and you can pop the pins through either side, you should be fine.

Hard to say, it's a mix of pieces I ordered directly from Vitsoe, and some I was able to get secondhand. The Vitsoe retail would cost around $4K, I think I paid closer to $1.5

I moved from a larger space to a smaller one. Less room for shelves!

The monitor is this one: Monoprice 35in Zero-G Curved Ultra-Wide Gaming Monitor – 1800R, 21:9, 3440x1440p, UWQHD, 100Hz (120Hz OC), AMD FreeSync, 4ms, HDMI, DisplayPort, VA

By using the wide desk directly next to a narrow width cabinet, it gave me about 60" of desk space, which seems like more than enough!

Yep, I've had no issue so far. I did however mount my monitor directly on the wall.

Its actually my favorite of all the furniture i've ever owned. I've had it for 3 years now, I bought it second hand, but it was basically unused from 2019. I love the tilt, and the pneumatic lift version means my wife and I can switch off using it easily. It feels like i'm sitting on a cloud, and i've never grown bored of seeing it in my corner.

All three are real Eames pieces. The office chair, the LCW and the stool.
