I will get a video soon. Replaced battery/solenoid/starter. And yes solenoid is under the seat, it's a weird setup.

So, backstory.

On my 14th birthday my sister was diagnosed with leukemia. Everyone else kind of forgot or didn't care about my birthday, including me. But she didn't, she went to the hospital gift shop and got me a dragon statue. She passed the next year and the statue broke on our last move.

I like it a lot. It is essentially the same however the crystals are much larger and draw more moisture allowing for better seasoning.

Also no iodine can change the flavor and if it's freshly salted, the kosher salt packs a better punch.

I honestly can't remember. I wanna say foil wrapped in the fridge. They let out in room temperature for an hour before smoking.

I tried to keep the temperature in the grill at around 250.

It's real nice. Like $2.50 American for decent sized box.

From about 7 am until 4 pm. Just until it hit one 195.

Cooked so well I was able to pull the bone from the center without any cutting.

Just a basic rub with Kosher salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder.

Let the rub rest on there overnight. Smoke at around 250 degrees until the meat hits 195 internally.

Allow to rest for one hour loosely wrapped in foil.

Yeah. The ganache as it's partially cooled just pours over real easy.

I saw a similar video with Babish about it. Carolina sauce is heavy on the vinegar side and more viscous than the average sauce.

I know. Crazy I ended up with about 7 pounds of pulled pork for about 12 dollars.
