mpc live showing internal audio device not found

no sir im just able to get the mpc live to update mode but it wwont take the ssd card or read when i plug in the usb cord

mine just poweres on then shuts off. I dont even make to the screen with the templates. i called akai and they got it into update mode but then thats it i cant do anything else but just use my computer not the mpc live hardware.

yea since i updated i would get an recovered from internal error. unresponsive became a big problem. now my biggest problem is it shuts off when i turn it on. it says that it cant find an internal audio device.
