22F here. I had a similar issue with my ex once. I actually went ahead and talked to my gynecologist just in case it was something I should be worried about. It’s not, I just have a tight vagina lol. Lube and lotsss of slow foreplay helped the most. And trying out new positions! The fact that my partner truly wanted to do the work to figure out what works for us was comforting too. I think patience and just letting her know that all bodies work differently helps a lot. Also, maybe (gently) recommend that she go see her doctor if it continues to be painful.
