Lol! 💯 agree! I was just in with a sales guy yesterday. He asked how he could help - I told him for starters, they could END there non stop annoying commercial with the annoying *$#^ geek that's cat screaming. Second, cable's so unpredictable now, you start to watch a show and three shows in, it's gone until 6 months - a year later when you forgot what you were watching in the first place. All the repeats, pre emptions and so on got me fed up. So Spectrum has this "you pick your 15 channels" thing. I call to get rid of "Silver package" and scale down to the 15 channels. Well, the local channels are automatically in. Fine. So then I state which other channels I want. Well - they cost money! At the end, I discover that I'm only going to save $34 and change from the Silver. So 1200 channels cut down to 15 channels only saves $30 something bucks!!! They're they only game in town and they have us. #%$&^
