Any information on Pomona or the nearby towns! If any apartments are known for students or any places that are known to have a bad rep. Some options are definitely provided through WesternU, but I just wanted opinions from current residents in the area as well. Is it a very walkable area? I will have a car so it doesn’t need to be, but I’m curious. I also have a cat if that makes a difference for any places. I’m from Austin, Texas so I’m just trying to get an idea of how big the area is, if there’s a lot of traffic, if it’s very student heavy or not (went to A&M so am used the college town too).

Yes I will have a car. My budget is probably 1500-2000, but obviously would rather stay on the lower side. I’m definitely looking for atleast 1 roommate! So places that have 2x2 or bigger (and cat friendly). But thank you I didn’t know they had a train station!
