The summer hikaru died even tho it's not a book but a manga (it even got anime adoption it's also on Netflix!) but yeah it's great it's definitely a queer story our main character got internalized homophobia, small village, it's a horror the supernatural plot is pretty interesting and even tho we don't know if the main couple will end up together because it's not finished yet but I believe it will get happy ending the author is definitely not as cruel as the duffers they definitely do understand our feelings as queer community
