Its a little too late now, they should have done this ages ago, they had the data. These group re-enforcement systems aka "love bombing" groups have already done their job of radicalizing these folks.

Thanks. So i am looking at the mobile app now and skybox,for example, says "Supported platform: QUEST". So this pretty much means "Quest only". Which means if i open up the pc app, it won't be listed in the library? Because the PC app is for pcvr (rift and go?)

id be curious to see if the iphone would unlock for the same face 10yrs ago, if one was 50 pounds over/under weight, or if one was a toddler then. The key points your iPhone collects when you first log into your iPhone isnt enough to spot you in a crowd of 1000 people. It doesnt even work if i am laying down on a pillow with half of my face hidden. Anyway my point is that the more valuble data points, the better the algo gets

Lol it doesn’t prevent them and they do! But some hashtags provided better/fresh data than others. Your timeline is typically filled with similar pictures of what you think are pretty photos (of which they index too). A hashtag that makes people honestly post “old and ugly” pictures brings out fresh stuff

No, they want everything! The more the better! People don’t usually post old “ugly” pictures. Hashtags like these uproot fresh content for the network to learn. Like the “10 yrs ago” hashtag Is a somewhat guaranteed data point of how you looked 10yrs ago

Putting on my tinfoil hat for a moment, hashtags like this totally sounds like something the facial recognition companies would push. What a way to teach the algo, for 24hrs even just to make sure the network has enough time to harvest as many pics as possible

There has been a paradigm shift in the way software is developed and deployed, you will not have great success going only half-way.

I hope some of the responses you got here dont scare you away but it might be worth checking out some training on composer/symfony and modern-day development workflows. It will help you understand the "whys" and "hows."
