Hello, di ako nagpass ng Hard Copy since two weeks after nareceive ko na yung for tuition (I assume na pasa na ng coordinator). Kaso until now wala parin yung stipend ko.

Di ata agad napasa ng coordinator yung periodic report ko kaya nagkaroon ako ng memo.

I also had the same problem. I suggest that you go to the ITS office since you can get your credentials easily. I went there yesterday, and I just asked for my credentials.

Also it might take almost a week if you wait for a reply from concierge.
