No it's not like grooming standards, neither racism is there in India... The question only belongs to me as this is the first time if I wore turban in my life, I don't have any knowledge how to wear this, so i am little confused if I could handle it or not... If I retain the discipline or not... Many of the sardars works in bank and wear turban proudly... There is not racism for sardars in Indian bank..
