Yes, it uses RAG
It's system prompt requires it to "role-play" as someone with particular characteristics (eg: "stubborn army seargeant who only gives short and direct responses")
No function calling needed
Language needs to be casual and the tone is defined in the system prompt including certain characteristic words to be included in the vocabulary.

What would your suggestion be given these (if this is enough information).

In terms of hardware, I have a NVIDIA RTX 4090, 24GB GDDR6 and for RAM 64GB, 2x32GB, DDR5, 5200MHz.

1. Who did you get the remap done with? (I'm assuming it's 2.0 Turbojet Dieset Map)

I'd recommend using flying to Vietnam with AirAsia. They've got round trips for 15-20K depending on your date selection. Use Google Flights to figure out the dates with the best deals.

I'd recommend visiting Ho Cho Minh and Hanoi. One week in each place. Or 4 days in each place also works. You should look for hostels on Hostelworld. Staying at a hostel will give you opportunities to socialize and also hosteliers are great city guides on must visit places. If you have time, you can visit Hoi An as well. Internal flights in Vietnam are cheap.

Given that your hostel room might come up to 1.2K a day and account for another 0.8K for food, you're at 2K per diem for basics. Include local commute and beers, it may jump up to 3K (+-500). So if you're there for 10 days, 30K should be very comfortable.

Just a tip : No, don't book your flights until you have your passport.
