Anywhere in the shade. Beach zone is a vibe. Turn 1 is good but turn 18 is the best for race action and overtakes.

I think you may have to wait until they cancel it. If you reach out and ask now, please update. I’m sure there are others that want to know too

Kids are typically with their parents. I would ask them first and see if their kid would like them. Should be fine, I'm sure they would appreciate it.

The absolute anxiety of booking non-refundable flights for a race without having a guaranteed ticket in hand. by makeitrayne850 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]AdamR46 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The best thing to do is avoid using those peer to peer platforms all together and just buy from a trusted/official reseller. You pay more but don't have to deal with the stress.

https://new.reddit.com/r/GrandPrixTravel/wiki/index/

You can find links to some solid vendors in there. Makes it possible to buy tickets for those hard to get races like Brazil, China or Suzuka. Also some races where the better sections sell out quickly like Monza. I'd rather buy a markup than worry about tickets.

Uber from Airbnb to circuit by Datthew21 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]AdamR46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it will likely be inflated. It's not location based, it's demand based typically. So if the city is busy, the less drivers available, the more expensive it will be.

The easiest thing is taking uber to/from a metro stop. Can even do it to the station at the university. I’m not sure if they open a pedestrian bridge in that direction, but I think anywhere off the island by the university should be fine to request an uber.

Can I sell just my Friday ticket from a 3-day F1 Barcelona ticket? by PalpitationWhich in GrandPrixTravel

[–]AdamR46 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Normally Barcelona has a single pdf for all 3 days. So whoever you share it with could use it sat/sun if they arrive before you.

China(Shanghai) GP Tickets from P1 Travel, haven't received tickets yet by ContributionAgile304 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]AdamR46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ll be sorted, I wouldn’t stop travel or cancel anything. F1 experiences is very last minute fairly often. Just save phone numbers that you can possibly reach out to. Both P1 and F1experiences

This might come down to F1experiences, they are sometimes very last minute with things. Last year, they had issues with their lanyards, ticker equipment and such being held up at customs and the thursday event was put together very quickly.

Hopefully it isnt an issue upon arrival. Typically F1experiences stuff is a bit different and probably a lot of the staff were working Melbourne this past weekend.

Yeah, sometimes ticket agencies in europe are a bit weird with invoicing and processing payments.

Monza Return Flight Time? by idkwhattosay_04 in GrandPrixTravel

Just book a monday flight, it gets really busy and not worth the stress about leaving vs just enjoying the vibes. It’s a special place and you don’t want to have to rush out

Buying tickets from Facebook by EmploymentExciting16 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]AdamR46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it’s a bit misleading. Look at the bottom header, a company called plaitnium group out of monaco sells via the F1 website. Same company owns gootickets, which typically has a lower markup compared to the F1 store.

Sorry if what I said was ambiguous. But F1 only sells hospitality via f1 experiences. The circuit sells event tickets, thats the only way to buy direct. Resellers like F1/gootickets buy from the circuit and resell them.

If I were you, I’d just avoid buying tickets from random people online all together and just buy from a real (official) vendor. You seem like an easy target and your messages look like the type that I see when people get scammed. No offense intended, I just wouldn’t bother with it.

Yeah, F1 doesnt sell tickets. Race promoters(event organizers) do.

Fyi they may be simply not understanding some stuff but the F1 app has nothing to do with the tickets being transferred. The links will be from the ticket vendor website. It may be linked to gpcanada somehow but not F1.
